My challenge focuses on the Framework pillar.
2. Task/Challenge Description
The challenge I will undertake is to generate a comprehensive Lean Canvas Model for an emerging technology that is completely outside of my current knowledge base—specifically, Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology for carbon dioxide removal. This task requires me to research the core technology, identify key partners, formulate a unique value proposition for a non-existent market, and articulate a scalable business model structure. By applying a structured framework like the Lean Canvas to a highly technical and unfamiliar domain, I will demonstrate the Framework pillar’s utility in clarifying complex, novel business ideas.
3. Examination of Process
The process of designing this challenge went well, as it naturally combined my structural capabilities with a required cognitive reach. I believe I successfully formulated a task that is both relevant to the Framework pillar and forces me to perform a high-level conceptual analysis on a new, dense subject area.
