Yesterday I had an amazing conversation with this peer who l just met in my new residence. We found out we were both very interested in entrepreneurship, and had multiple common interests. He shared that he was having some problems with the brand strategy of the startup he is currently developing. Having been a Branding & Design agency owner for 5 years, I shared with him (for free) the Workshop I charge a lot of money for to personal brands and businesses. There is nothing that I expected in return. I just found him cool and very kind, so I did it with no problem. Business is all about sharing value with no restraints. At first glance it may seem non-strategic or asymmetrical, but it will always pay off a hundredfold in ways we do not expect. I learned this from the most successful businessman I know, an old mentor.
