1. The most important thing /skill/insight that I walked away after attending the event with Gorick is that, you need to reach out to people and people are genuinely willing to help. You need to put in the effort to reach out to people and keep on trying to make a connection. You also need to be able to talk about yourself in a simple way and he has given frameworks to do that in a very simple and effective way.
2. Networking with the peers who were present in the session before and after the talk concluded and the personal interaction with Gorick at the end where he spoke to the individual queries and advised us on how to approach any job or an internship that we are looking for.
3. I am very new to the United States and there is a very big cultural difference here personally and professionally. I wanted to ask Gorick, how exactly should I navigate here and make the most of my time and I am very happy that I have found what I was looking for
