a) I asked an acquaintance from one of my classes to submit a form later tonight. I wasn’t sure if he would actually remember, since we don’t know each other well, but I realized that trust often starts with giving someone responsibility in small ways.
b) I was positively surprised that they followed through and even asked if everything went smoothly. I think people are often more dependable than we assume, even without a close relationship.
c) This experience made me realize that trust in teams grows from small, positive interactions. When people feel included, they’re more likely to step up and contribute reliably.
