1. The operator as well as female perspective was really insightful. The tech space is fairly dominated by men and seeing representation is always nice.
2. The further topics really helped clarify how to recruit and negotiate for startups. Though I’m pursuing a different initial path than startups the skills for negotiating will help me as I go through my career.
3. Would love to see more conversation around the pros and cons of startups and transparency around next steps if a startup fails.
