1. As someone who’s new to startups and recruiting, I found this content to help me gain a grasp on the foundations of entrepreneurship. One new insight I had was about the importance of just going for it. Both the video and the document touched on taking that initial step and getting your foot in the door, and how that can be the key catalyst.
2. On the same lines as my insight, I would apply this mindset to my search for research positions. In the past, I have gotten discouraged from getting no response or rejections, and this showed me that if I keep taking shots and making that effort, then one will eventually work out.
