1. You don’t have to be at the top of the game to feel like you have earned a place and have a right to also be in a space. I loved the fact that they saw an opportunity to talk about the tech space and entrepreneurship without having been in that space very long themselves. Podcasts tend to focus on people who have also made it to the top or very high up rather than operators.
2. To keep showing up for myself even on days when I feel like there is absolutely no momentum and I am going backwards. Consistency is key to everything and being patient with yourself and others. And of course building a diverse community and taking advantage of as many opportunities to meet new people. You never know what or where it might lead to.
3. Would love to see the amazing SCET professor Rana Kanaan on the podcast.
