One key takeaway I learned from the Find Your Voice Workshop is that authenticity is more powerful than perfection. I realized that having a strong voice isn’t about sounding confident all the time—it’s about communicating with sincerity and vulnerability. When I shared a personal story during the exercise, I noticed that others connected not because my delivery was flawless, but because it was real. This taught me that true leadership and influence come from speaking with honesty, empathy, and self-awareness. Going forward, I want to use my voice not just to share ideas, but to build understanding and inspire others through authenticity.
