I have talked to 2 people from basil that founded their startup 1 year ago. We talked about the difference between Germany (where I am from), Brasil and the United States regarding the startup culture and also the bureaucracy. We also talked a lot about our future plans and the different education systems. I have learned, that in Brasil the Bachelor takes 5 years, Master 3 years. In comparison Bachelor degree is 3 and Master 2 years. Also the legal effort to found a company in Brasil seems to be very minimal. You only pay around 40$ and need a week to officially found a company. In Germany it takes mutiple months and at least 2-3 thousand dollars.
