I met and chatted with someone who told me more about the SCET Innovation Fellows Challenge and the SCET Certificate in Entrepreneurship in Technology. The conversation was memorable because we are both actively trying to reduce our meat consumption and eat more plant protein to reduce our carbon footprint, and she told me about a plant futures course that she took that was related to this!
