I am majoring in Business Administration at Haas. I attended a sociology class on cross-cultural communications because not only am I passionate about communication, but I want to better understand it in societal contexts. I learned that in particular, it takes passion and courage to ask tough questions, such as around education, race, and ideology, in one’s fieldwork. It can be applied to validation and resilience in entrepreneurship.
