My major is cognitive science. I am in an architecture class, since although I am switching out of that major, there was still one class that I thought was interesting, so I took it anyways. The class I am taking is Introduction to Acoustics, since I love music, so find it really cool that different buildings are better for different sounds, so I thought it would be an interesting class to take. One thing I took away from this class that could be applied to my current area of focus is that sometimes there may be factors that people may not have originally thought of when originally designing something, and will need to adjust; this applies not only to buildings, but could also be applied to work I would want to do, such as product design or website design.
