I am extremely interested in the creative and innovative ways in which we can use biotechnology to create a more sustainable and environmentally friendly world and it is what I hope to focus my career around. Learning about how fungi can be used in sustainable manufacturing sounds extremely interesting and important for my understanding of the role of biotechnology in sustainability.
