I did attend the Open Fung Fungi workshop. My mycelium masterpiece created during the workshop is growing over the next two weeks! Creating with fungal biomaterials was actually a lot of fun. Fungi are fascinating and I appreciated learning a tremendous amount about mycelium, sustainable manufacturing, and listening to the stories and realities of entrepreneurship in the emerging fungal bioeconomy.
