1) Delegate a task to a random stranger or an acquaintance. Wait to see whether the person follows through. Example favors: Asking someone to drop off a package or item, Requesting help with a short task (editing a document, making an introduction, sending a reminder), Asking for a personal check-in (e.g., “Can you text me tomorrow to make sure I start my workout?”)
2)Answer the following questions:
a) What did you learn about your assumptions of trust?
b)Did anyone surprise you (positively or negatively)?
c)What does this reveal about trust in teams, ventures, or communities?
